Excited to join some amazing change-makers for the Davos Decompression Weekend in St Moritz. Besides enjoying the beautiful nature, the focus is on exploring how to harness the private sector to deliver solutions for the climate crisis and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

I will also be speaking on building people and purpose-centric companies.

As you might know, my personal focus is on the Future of Work and building and scaling people and purpose-centric companies and over the years, I have also been in several panels on the future of learning, so looking forward to contributing to this amazing group.
